1. Information on Institute of Business Leaders
Institute of Business Leaders is the online site which provides you useful tools and a community. Please take proper precautions when meeting someone for the first time eg in a public place. B. Any photo containing, nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted image cartoons, comics, celebrities is not permitted.
C. Remember that photos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner.
Uploading images of other people without their permission is also prohibited. You agree that you own full copyright to any images or files you upload to the www.businessleaders.com.au site. You are responsible for any images or files you have uploaded to the www.businessleaders.com.au site.
1. Institute of Business Leaders do strongly advise for security and privacy reasons, any photo that contains personally identifiable contact information such as name, phone number, email address etc is best not permitted.
2. Submitted photos are limited to a size of 5 MEG and must be in GIF or JPG format.
3. We encourage all members to submit a photo of them selves, so that other members can easily recognize and relate to you and in turn, you with them.
D. Institute of Business Leaders reserves the right to review all photos and to remove any photo for any reason at the sole discretion of www.businessleaders.com.au.

12. Changes in Our Privacy Policy
From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy. Electronic Publishing Contract for Institute of Business Leaders
This contract is made by and between Institute of Business Leaders and The author (hereafter the Author) for the work entitled.
1. The Author of these works cedes to Institute of Business Leaders world wide copyright and electronic rights to the works during the full term of copyright and for any renewals and extensions of the copyright. The contract shall apply to all uses of the work in digital formats including all online formats, on the Internet and the World Wide Web.
2. The Author guarantees to Institute of Business Leaders that nothing in the work does infringe any existing copyright, that the work is not plagiarized, does not contain matter that is defamatory, slanderous, an invasion of privacy, or otherwise unlawful, and that the Author holds all the necessary rights to allow Institute of Business Leaders to publish the work, and has obtained all the relevant consents for the purpose of this contract. The Author agrees to indemnify and hold Institute of Business Leaders completely harmless against any claim, demand, suit, action, proceeding, prosecution judgment, based upon Institute of Business Leaders exercise of the rights conferred by this agreement, including all reasonable expenses, penalties, losses, liabilities legal fees incurred or suffered.
3. No royalties are to be paid to the Author unless agreed to with the full understanding in writing by both parties. Between Institute of Business Leaders and the Author.
4. If any provision, or portions thereof, of this contract are invalid under any application statue or law, they are to that extent be deemed omitted and the balance of this contract shall remain in full force and effect.
5. If Institute of Business Leaders declare, bankrupt, or cease to trade, this contract shall be terminated, with all right to the work reverting back to the Author.
6. The contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the company and consent to the jurisdiction of the court, and agree that any action, suit, or proceeding between the parties hereto shall be brought in the Court.
7. This contract is the complete and exclusive contract between Institute of Business Leaders and the Author and does supersede all proposals, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this contract. However this contract may be modified in a written Agreement signed by both parties.
8. The waiver by either party of any default or breach of this contract shall not constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent default or breach. This contract shall be binding upon and insure to the benefit of the parties named herein and their successors and assignees. Institute of Business Leaders.
